      "a": "It depends on the sludge and the drainage profile you need: 15/50 for maximum strength and openness, 29/85 for finer retention, 21/66 in between. Send us the machine type and sludge data and we size it, or we measure on site."

      "q": "Can a damaged belt be repaired instead of replaced?",
      "a": "Often, yes. Spiral belts can be repaired on site with a seam as strong as the original fabric. For urgent breakdowns we arrange what is needed; outside business hours by arrangement."

      "q": "What belt widths and lengths can you supply?",
      "a": "Widths up to 6 metres and standard lengths of 60 to 80 metres, made to size and, when needed, sealed on site. Send the machine type or the old belt's dimensions and we confirm the exact make-up."

      "q": "Is polyester still the right choice at pH 9?",
      "a": "No. Heat-set polyester is rated for pH 2 to 8; above that, hydrolysis shortens belt life fast. For alkaline sludges we move to polyamide or polypropylene cloths, and to metal belts where temperature rules synthetics out entirely. State the pH and dosing chemicals in your RFQ."

      "a": "That is exactly how we plan it: measure in advance (on site if needed), have the belt sized and ready before the window opens, and install or supervise during the stop. The earlier the shutdown date lands in the RFQ, the safer the window."
