    {
      "q": "Which weave do I need for a given micron rating?",
      "a": "As a rule of thumb: square plain weave down to ~25 µm, plain Dutch for strong cloth with fine retention, twill Dutch for the finest ratings. Send us the medium, load and cleaning method and we advise the exact weave and alloy."
    },
    {
      "q": "Can you supply cut-to-size parts instead of rolls?",
      "a": "Yes. Discs, rings, rectangles and formed parts are cut, edged and, where needed, welded or framed in-house, usually faster than buying a roll and outsourcing the work."
    },
    {
      "q": "Do you weave to licensor specifications?",
      "a": "Yes. Cloth for reactor internals and refinery equipment is regularly supplied against licensor specs, with material certificates and full traceability under our ISO 9001 system."
    },
    {
      "q": "What mesh count do I need for 50 micron?",
      "a": "Mesh count alone does not define retention: aperture follows from count and wire diameter together, so several count/wire combinations reach 50 µm. In square weave that is a fine cloth; where strength or absolute retention matters, a plain Dutch weave at the same rating is usually the better buy. Send medium and flow and we specify both options."
    },
    {
      "q": "Which alloy for continuous service at 600 °C?",
      "a": "Plain 304 runs to ~800 °C in clean, dry air, but between roughly 425 and 815 °C sensitisation becomes the real limit under load and condensate. 321 and 316Ti are made for that window; for cyclic heat or reducing atmospheres we move to Inconel™ or Incoloy™. State the atmosphere in your RFQ: it decides more than the temperature does."
    },
    {
      "q": "Do you deliver from stock, and how fast can cut parts ship?",
      "a": "Standard weaves in 304/316L are held in stock and cut, edged or formed in-house, which keeps normal deliveries short. Exotic alloys are woven to order. Facing a shutdown date? Mark the RFQ urgent and we plan around the window."
