Nine product families. One engineering partner.
Everything Averinox builds starts as wire or plate and ends as a separation solution. Pick a family below; each page carries the specifications, applications and materials, plus the fastest route to a quote.
Woven mesh
Woven to the wire.
Precision woven wire cloth in every weave, aperture and alloy: the core material behind reliable sieving, filtration and support layers.
Sintered mesh
Strength in layers.
Multi-layer woven mesh, sintered into a rigid porous laminate: precise pores, high strength and a filter that can be cleaned and reused.
Perforated media
Precision, punched.
Perforated plate in every pattern and gauge, from screen decks and centrifuge baskets to architectural façades, supplied as plate or finished component.
Filter elements
Pleats that perform.
Custom metal filter elements (pleated, cylindrical, conical or basket), built from our own media and made to fit your housing, not the other way around.
Spiral & filter belts
Dewatering, nonstop.
Synthetic spiral belts and filter cloths for belt presses, dewatering tables and filter presses: first-quality heat-set polyester, sized and sealed on site when needed.
Knitted mesh
Flexible by design.
Knitted wire structures for droplet separation, EMI shielding, sealing and support, plus 3D knitted spacer fabric where airflow and comfort meet.
Welded & extruded mesh
Rigid where it counts.
Resistance-welded grids for structural and support duty, plus extruded plastic netting for light spacing and protection, and hybrids of both.
Metal mesh & plate belts
Links that last.
Metal conveyor and process belts (plate links on rods, woven and rod constructions) for baking, drying, washing, quenching and everything too hot or too heavy for rubber.
Reactor internals (screens & supports)
Carrying the catalyst.
Screens, supports and shielding for vessels and reactors: catalyst support grids, V-wire internals, mist eliminators and reinforcement mesh, built to licensor spec.
Knowledge: stainless steel grades
Not sure which alloy? The short version of what we advise daily:
| 304 / 304L | The 18-8 base alloy for woven mesh. Oxidation-resistant to ~800 °C; the L-grade welds and weaves better. |
|---|---|
| 316 / 316L | Better pitting resistance with brine, sulphurous water and chlorides. The default for corrosive and hygienic duty. |
| 316Ti / 321 | Titanium-stabilised grades for the sensitisation range (~450–850 °C): furnace parts, superheater zones, expansion bellows. |
| Inconel™ · Hastelloy™ · Monel™ · Duplex™ | When temperature or chemistry disqualifies stainless. Standard practice at Averinox, not an exception. |
